This section includes awesome lobster recipes you can try at home. And while you can use your local lobster, please forgive us as we feel that there is no match for Maine lobster! 
Steamed/Boiled Lobster
Need: Lobster Pot, lobster crackers, forks, lobster bibs, dish towel,
1 1/2 to 2 lb lobster, corn, butter, wine or beer
Preparation: Fill lobster pot 2/3 full and set to boil, about 15 minutes. When water is boiling, drop live lobster in pot and immediately cover, leaving to boil for 10 minutes until the lobster shell is red. Meanwhile, either boil, grill or steam your corn on the cob separately. Melt your butter and pour into little saucers .
Finish: After 15 minutes cooking, pull your lobster out of the pot and set on a plate to let cool. Set your table, corn, and butter. Pop open your wine or beer and start your lobster feast!
